SUNSET STUDIO:
Tucked away in a quiet, local Westside neighborhood. Behind our main house, up above the garage, is our one bedroom, one full bath, luxury get-away apartment with a peek at the ocean. Newly furnished in warm, comfortable, California beach decor and local art. The bedroom has a Queen size, resort quality, pillow top bed. The living room has a full size sofa sleeper. Comfortable enough for 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.
Close to the Beach Boardwalk and other Westside beaches and close enough to town for dinner and a movie. We're right between the Lighthouse and Natural Bridges Beach ... about 1 mile walk in either direction.
The private patio has tropical landscape and a gas grill for Bar-B-Q's. Fully equipped apartment, with cable TV, DVD/VHS player (with a movie library for bovh), stereo/CD player, telephone for local calls, and a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher. Live, look and relax like a Westside Santa Cruz local.
