SANTA CRUZ OCEAN VIEW HOUSE: Located only one block from the beach, this is a two-story, designer home with an open-architecture style and cathedral type ceilings. Big windows and a gridwork of glass allows in plenty of light. The upstairs bedroom opens to a private deck from where you can view the ocean. Downstairs, a large wraparound deck, bathed in sunshine overlooks a stunning garden filled with beautiful plants and rocks and a bevy of doves, finches, blue-jays and red-winged blackbirds. Garden lights beam up the trees at night and summer nights provide an occasion to sit in the hot tub and enjoy the clear starry nights in complete privacy. This home sleeps 6 and there is a hottub on the back patio. There are three rooms (including the living room), one large bathroom and also an outside hot and cold shower. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to choose between eating in or dining out.

FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN:
Open Kitchen has denim-washed blue tile counter tops and a Breakfast bar. Equipped with all top of the line stainless-steel Appliances (cooking range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave). It is fully stocked with all your basic cooking appliances and supplies.

DINING AREA:
Located just off the kitchen area, the dining table seats six. All table and dining accessories provided.

LIVING ROOM:
Located off the Dining area to the front of the house you can sit back and look out onto the street through a largely glass wall. Living room has sofa and comfortable sitting chairs. The surround–sound Entertainment center includes a 36" Cable TV with DVD and stereo. Glass door leads to a large wraparound Deck with Hot Tub. At night, the living room sofa pulls out into a comfortable bed for two.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOM:
Master bedroom has comfortable queen size bed, matching furnishings, Cable TV/VCR combination, and a closet. Door opens to an upper deck from where you can see the ocean and the East and Westside Lighthouses.

DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM:
This bedroom is nicely furnished with comfortable bed for two. Large glass doors and windows make you feel like you are sleeping outdoors. Door opens to the deck and to the hot-tub. A Desk is also provided for your convenience should you want to connect to the internet.

DECK:
There are 2 Decks – one Upstairs and one Downstairs. From the one Upstairs you can see the ocean and the East and Westside Lighthouses. The Downstairs has a large wraparound Deck with a Hot Tub. You can bask in the sunshine in complete privacy as you look into a beautiful garden designed by one of the best in Santa Cruz.

BACKYARD:
You can bask in the sunshine in complete privacy as you look into a beautiful garden full of birds (doves, finches, blackbirds, bluejays starlings and many more). If you lay there long enough you will see the resident hummingbird come and flash its phosphorescent red neck. It is truly a sight to behold.

HOT TUB:
An outdoor hot and cold shower will help you rinse off the sand before you decide to jump into the hot tub.

TWIN LAKES BEACH LOCATION:
Only one block from Twin Lakes Beach, you can feel the beach from the doorstep. The famous Crow’s Nest Restaurant and the Harbor are just a few minutes walk along the beach. You can enjoy swimming and sunbathing and playing any number of games on perhaps Santa Cruz’s best beach with other visitors. You can also get a café latte or have a nice lunch at any of the quaint restaurants at the harbor.

AREA ACTIVITIES:
Enjoy sailing, kayaking or fishing from the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor located only a short walk on the beach.

Only one block to the Beach, you can see the ocean from the doorstep and you can enjoy boogie boarding, sunbathing, or a game of beach volleyball.
