SANTA CRUZ OCEAN FRONT HOUSE: Stay on a private bluff with breathtaking ocean views and convenient access to the wide sandy beach below. We are located directly on Seabright Beach…no need to cross the street to get to the sand! Both the beach and the neighborhood of Seabright, with its craftsman bungalow and vintage victorian landscape, are consistently voted among the best by local Santa Cruz residents. Restaurants, cafes and bars are just a short stroll away. For a change of pace, the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Yacht Harbor and Natural History Museum are all within walking distance. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, Seabright Bungalow accommodates up to 8 guests. 14 guests can stay if you also rent Pacific Bungalow, our neighboring home on the Cliff House property.

Gourmet kitchen with granite slab counters designed by cooks, for cooks. Open floor plan lets you enjoy ocean views and the company of friends and family while you cook. Commercial-grade appliances include dual fuel range with convection oven, quiet dishwasher, and large refrigerator. Stainless sink has filtered drinking water. Small appliances include coffee maker, blender, microwave and toaster. Fully equipped, down to the last wine glass, with heavy duty anodized nonstick cookware. |

Private patio -- If you choose to dine outdoors, there is a private oceanview patio with a teak table and seating for 8. The patio has a gas grill and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the views. |

Second patio off the front lawn - From our vantage point on the cliff, you can see the beach below, miles of blue sea, sailboats, otters, seals, and -- depending on the season -- migrating whales. Enjoy views of two lighthouses from the bluff: to the east, the lighthouse at the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor, and to the west, the lighthouse at Steamers Lane, known for its world class surfing waves. Take in the views while you enjoy your morning coffee or sunset cocktail on the front patio. |
