SANTA CRUZ OCEAN FRONT B&B:
This Ocean Front Estate was completely remodeled in 2001 to include all
the amenities a person could want. The Mediterranean style architecture
and design is very modern and upscale. All rooms have private bathrooms,
some with heated Jacuzzi tubs, and heated floor tiles. All rooms have
gas fireplaces, and private patio's and entrances. All rooms have been
furnished with new custom made furniture. The Pleasure Point Inn is located
in front of the famous Pleasure Point Surfing Beach and offers spectacular
full ocean views.
The Inn has a large roof top deck where you
can enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean day or night. We have several
chaise lounges for you to soak in the sun by day. In the evenings enjoy
the sounds of the ocean by the heater gas lamp located by the outdoor
dining tables, or relax your body in our large hot tub while gazing up
at the stars.
It is located 2 miles from well known Capitola
Village which offers great shopping, dining, a large sandy beach, and
evening entertainment. Cruises to enjoy the ambiance of the Santa Cruz
coastline can be arranged at the nearby Yacht Harbor.

| Our Second Story deck
is for all guest to enjoy day or night. It offers Spectacular
ocean views, you will not want to leave the deck! We have
a large 8 person hot tub, hot/cold water shower to wash
away the salt from your ocean activities, 8 chaise lounges,
2 four person tables and chairs, Ice Machine, beach towels,
and heated gas lamp for those cooler California evenings. |

Inn fronts the famous Pleasure Point Surfing Beach in
Santa Cruz. Ocean Front Property with Great Views and
Beach Access.

Living
& Dining Area
|
Enjoy full ocean
views while eating your breakfast. We have a large indoor
dining table which seats six, 2 bar stools if you prefer
to eat at the bar, two couches in the living room, and
an exterior breakfast area with all seats facing the ocean
located on the patio off of the kitchen.
The living room and
dining room area are opened to our guest between the hours
of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Feel free to cozy up on the couch,
sip coffee, read a book, or chat with other guests. This
common area is closed during the evenings and is used
as a private quarter by the Inn Keeper.

Meals
| Continental
breakfast is served between 8:00-10 am in the dining room
overlooking the Monterey Bay, or on the deck (weather permitting).
Breakfast consists of fresh fruit, croissants, muffins,
breads, cereal, orange juice, coffee or tea. |

Patios & Entrances
|
All rooms have private
entrances and patios which include two chairs and small
table where guests can sip morning coffee before enjoying
what Santa Cruz has to offer.
Guests of the second
story Coral Room have their own private deck with stairs
leading up to the main roof top deck and large hot tub.

This is the only
second story room and offers spectacular full ocean views.
The room has a Queen Size bed, a love seat which becomes
a comfortable twin size bed, large comfortable sitting
chair, gas burning fireplace, and desk with chair.
Bathroom has a heated
single person Jacuzzi tub, with shower.
You have your own
private deck with stairs leading up to the main roof top
deck where you can enjoy the large hot tub.

Room

This room is located
on the first floor and is the largest room. The room has
a California King Size Bed, a comfortable love seat sleeper
(twin), gas burning fireplace, and desk and chair.
Bathroom has a heated double
person Jacuzzi tub with shower, heated floor tiles for
those cooler California mornings, double sink vanity and
skylight for natural lighting.
You have your
own private entrance and patio which includes two chairs
and small table where you can sip your morning coffee
before enjoying what Santa Cruz has to offer.

This room is located
on the first floor and has great ocean views. The room
has a Queen Size bed, gas burning fireplace, desk and
chair, and large comfortable swivel chair to watch the
morning sunrise.
Bathroom has a heated
single person Jacuzzi tub with shower, heated floor tiles
for those cooler California mornings, double sink vanity
and skylight for natural lighting.
You have your own
private entrance and patio which includes two chairs and
small table where you can sip your evening wine and watch
the sun set over the ocean.

has a Queen Size bed, gas burning fireplace, and desk
and chair.

corner shower stall, single sink vanity, and heated floor

small table to sip coffee while watching the sunrise over
the ocean.
