CLEANING & LINENS:
Choose (A) or (B):

A) Wash the linens, towels and fold them, wash dishes in the dishwasher, sweep and mop floors, clean bathrooms, kitchen, oven, stove, microwave, vacuum, dust...etc. Please leave the house like you found it. We have cleaning supplies in the house in the hall closet.

B) If you do not wish to clean the house upon your check out, there is a cleaning charge of $100.00. We will supply the cleaning. If the house is left in the need of excessive cleaning, a charge of $25.00 per hour may be charged to you.

Check-In at 3:00pm and Check-out at 10:00am

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
