While vacationing in this wonderful 2 story home you will enjoy spectacular ocean views on both floors.  Whether you are preparing a meal and dining in the kitchen area or relaxing in the living and deck areas, the ocean is in view.  An added bonus is the rooftop deck where you can sip your favorite daytime or evening beverage while enjoying the panoramic view.  This home is nicely equipped with Plasma and LCD televisions and good quality and plush furnishings. The outside areas include imported Italian pavers, green landscaping, patio furniture, barbeque and an outside shower.  There is ample parking for you and your guests.

Downstairs includes one bedroom with a king bed and LCD TV, one bedroom with two twin beds and regular TV, 1 bathroom,  kitchen, washer and dryer, family room with a Plasma TV, dining area and a patio.  Upstairs includes one bedroom with a king bed and an LCD TV, one bedroom with a full size bed and LCD TV,  bathroom, kitchen and dining area, family room with a plasma TV and a deck.

	The downstairs living area is equipped with comfy furniture, fun artwork a Plasma T.V.  and an ocean view.
	This downstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds, a T.V. and a large closet
	The backyard is perfect for an outdoor barbeque.  It is equipped with a barbeque and ample patio furniture.
	Enjoy the breathtaking ocean view from the second floor.  On many days you can see clear across to Moss Landing and Monterey.
	This upstairs bedroom suite has a king size bed, a connecting bathroom with a shower and an LCD T.V.
	You will thoroughly enjoy the ocean view as you prepare meals and dine.  The kitchen and dining area has granite counters and is fully equipped.
	The light and airy living area is a perfect place to watch the Plasma TV or gaze out the window to view the surf.
	The view from the rooftop deck is amazing!!

	OTHER INFORMATION: All bookings will be assessed a 10% hotel tax and a $175 sanitary cleaning fee, as well as a fully refundable booking/security deposit to secure the dates up front of $500.  Holidays are $2,800 per week.  Holidays include Easter, Christmas, New Years, 4th of July, and Memorial Day weeks.  Note:  Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
