It’s open floorplan and large deck with expansive views of boardwalk, the San Lorenzo River, and a large open space, make it perfect for entertaining. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, 32” flat screen with satellite and DVR, and a magnificent view. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, and bedroom #3 has a king bed and satellite TV. The large downstairs family room is a perfect “hang out’ room. It boasts a 42” flat screen TV with Dish TV and DVR, a stereo system, surround sound, a loveseat, easy chair, and a pull out queen size sofa sleeper. Extra sleeping mats and bean bag chairs are located in the closets. The dining room has a large table that seats 8 comfortably with room left over to easily accommodate 2 more chairs. This room also has games and books to double as a family game area after dinner. Experience the full ambiance of Santa Cruz while lounging on the 35 foot deck eating a meal prepared from the BBQ or kitchen, or step out your door and walk a short distance to the wharf, or to downtown Seabright and choose one of many restaurants for your dining pleasure. Between The Boardwalk and wharf, Seabright beach and downtown Seabright, the Yacht Harbor, and the San Lorenzo River and its bike/walking path, all located within walking distance, you might choose not to drive at all during your stay.
