BEACH NEIGHBORHOOD: 2 BEDROOMS /2.5 BATHROOMS luxurious, elegant, whimsical home. Everything state-of-the-art. Exceptionally quiet neighborhood on 9th Ave. Walk 5 minutes to Twin Lakes Beach & around the corner to the harbor where you can enjoy fine or casual dining. Natural light floods in from the many windows throughout the house. Enjoy listening to the birds & ducks in Schwan Lagoon. This a very natural, peaceful setting. Fluffy towels & luxurious linens provided. Sleeps 1-6.

Living Room:
Living area has radiantly heated finished concrete floors, instant-on gas fireplace & an oversized German tri-fold glass door that opens to backyard- bringing the outside in.

TV/DVD/VCR/CD/DSL (high speed wi-fi connection for your laptop), games (Scrabble, Yahtzee, checkers, chess, backgammon, puzzle & cards), and Queen sleeper sofa.


Kitchen:
 Gourmet kitchen has finished concrete counters & floor, all stainless steel, 2 burner Viking range with Jenn Air grill, quiet Bosch dishwasher, microwave, and everything you'll need: coffee maker, orange juicer, juiceman jr, blender, wide slot toaster, waffler, pots & pans, and lovely dishes and glassware.

Dining:
Table seats 4 comfortably. There are 3 barstools at counter for extra seating. There is a skylight & beautiful view out to backyard.
Master Bedroom:
This bedroom has a comfy queen size bed and a down comforter. There is a cushy chair for reading or relaxing & listening to the ducks in Schwan Lagoon. French doors open onto the private small deck where you may hear the surf. There is a 13" TV w/DVD and radio/cd player.

Master Bath:
This plush custom master bath is all travertine w/mosaic glass tile, a deep jacuzzi tub and small walk-in closet. Hair dryer provided.
Bedroom 2:
This charming guest bedroom has a comfy full size bed & French doors open to a small private deck. You may hear the waves & seals from this room at night. It has it's own lovely designer bathroom with shower right next door with a hair dryer for your use.

Bath 2:
This is the guest bathroom upstairs.

Downstairs half bath:
One-of-a-kind red-dyed concrete counter

Backyard:
Lovely backyard has patio table for four, Weber BBQ, adirondack chairs, hammock, bird bath & feeder- perfectly relaxing!
Beach:
Twin Lakes Beach is a 5 minute walk down the street. You can see both of the towns lighthouses. Lifeguards are on duty in the summer. Watch sailboats cruise into the harbor. There is a boogie board in the garage for you to use. There are fire rings for evenings on the beach roasting s'mores. When the sun goes down play air hockey & fooz ball in the garage.

 BEACH NEIGHBORHOOD:
Boogie board, beach chairs & umbrella, large rolling ice chest, and fluffy beach towels for your use. 3 blocks to beach with lifeguards. View the lighthouses , Wharf & Boardwalk from here. You can roast s'mores in the fire rings at this beach in the evenings. Walk to the harbor for dining at the famous Crow's Nest restaurant or board the free water taxi during summer for outdoor dining on the dock at Aldo's. Watch beach volleyball while you sip coffee & eat sweets at The Kind Grind. 10 minutes drive to Beach Boardwalk, downtown Santa Cruz or Capitola Village.
BACKYARD: Backyard has hammock, adirondack chairs, birdbath & table & chairs w/outdoor dishes for BBQing on the charcoal grill.
LINENS:
Luxurious linens, including beach towels.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
IN: 4:00 p.m. and OUT: 11:00 a.m.
