CAPITOLA BEACH RETREAT : Savor the funky groove of the carefree Santa Cruz surf scene combined with artistic sophistication. This home was rebuilt five years ago with love and exquisite attention to detail. Our hope is that your time here will touch your soul and make Santa Cruz a home away from home.

We offer luxurious accommodations and comfortably sleep 8 people. The home includes three bedroom and two baths.

Capitola Village – Go left out the front door for a short stroll to Capitola by the Sea. “Voted the West’s 20 Best Small Towns” by Sunset Magazine, March 2009.
Waterfront galleries, boutique shopping, beach with bathrooms and showers, wharf, dining, ice cream, Pizza my Heart and special events all year long.
Shadowbrook Restaurant with stunning gardens and tram. Paradise Beach Grill on the esplanade for dining and sunset cocktails. Gayle’s Bakery and Rosticceria is a must!

Private’s Beach – Home is located two doors down from exclusive Private’s Beach. Known to the locals as “Privates” this beach is security gated and dog friendly. Great long boarding and stand up paddling out front and at Shark’s Cove. Go barefoot and walk up for lunch. Security pass key provided.

Pleasure Point – Go right out the front door and take a short saunter to world class surfing at the Hook and Pleasure Point. Surf breaks start at Rockview. Surf all the way home. Start at Rockview, then Sewer Peak, First Peak, Second Peak, 38th, the Hook and Privates. What a ride!

Two blocks from surf shops, surf rentals, Verve Coffee Lounge, surf boutiques, Hanks at the Hook Restaurant. Chill Out Café and The Cliff Café are great local’s breakfast hangouts.

Local Adventures: Kayaking, Nisene Redwood Forests for hiking and biking. Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Santa Cruz Harbor sailboat charters and more. 45 minutes from Monterey Bay Aquarium and Carmel.

State of the art kitchen. Thermador gas range with 6 burners, griddle and double oven. trash compactor, dishwasher, and oversized Viking refrigerator. All dishes and cooking amenities provided.

The property has a small cottage with a separate entrance and yard that is occupied year round. Quiet residential neighborhood close to all the action!

	Master: The first bedroom has a California King bed with luxury Calvin Klein bedding and down comforter. Glass door leading to backyard and spa.
	Danielle: Second bedroom with views of the spa and backyard. Luxury bedding and down comforter provided. The third bedroom has two double bunk beds that sleep 4, plasma TV and DVD.
	Dining Room: Dining table with leaf to sit 10. Circular wall and window with views of the front courtyard. The dining room is next to the state of the art kitchen which includes 6 burner Thermador range with griddle and 2 ovens. Trash compactor, dishwasher, microwave, oversized Viking refrigerator. All dishes and cooking amenities included. Some spices and condiments too.
	Living room: Living room is open to kitchen and dining room. Custom beveled glass pocket doors can be closed for separation.
	Living room: Living room has a Rumsford fireplace, plasma TV, DVD, HD cable, wireless internet.
	Front Courtyard: The front Courtyard is a fabulous place to take in morning coffee.
	Private’s Park: Pass through the security gates at Private’s Beach and be welcomed by the park like setting.
	Private’s: Enjoy Private’s with friends and family.
	Capitola Wharf: Welcome to Capitola by the Sea. Make all of your vacation dreams come true!!

	Other Information: All bookings will be subject to a 10% County Occupancy Tax and a $100 cleaning fee. There is an additional $25 fee for dogs. Visa/Mastercard accepted. Smoking is not allowed
	Laundry Facilities: New high capacity front load washer and dryer located inside the house. Supplies provided.
	Parking: Parking in front of home.
	PETS: Pets are welcome with prior approval
	Linens: Luxury bedding provided. This includes down comforters, pillows, plush cotton towels and beach towels.
	Check In and Out Times: Check in - 3:30 pm & check out - 11:00 am
	Security Deposit: $500 Security Deposit fully refundable if no damage
