The Beach Retreat, a Santa Cruz vacation rental, is a modern, bright and sunny single level home, located a block away from the cloistered, family oriented 12th Avenue Beach, at the end of our very quiet street. It has everything one would need for a relaxing beach vacation for swimming, sitting, walking, surf-boarding, etc.
This welcoming Santa Cruz vacation beach rental home which sleeps 6, has two comfortable master bedrooms, each with a king size or queen size bed. Each bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and sink. The welcoming living room, which includes a full size futon, surrounds a unique gas fireplace. Each room has a TV and VCR. A fully equipped kitchen, inviting dining room, laundry, and private back deck with gas barbecue, are all set up for your enjoyment. There is also a sunny upstairs deck for lounging. Linens are included. Wireless Internet is available.

A short walk along the sand brings you to the Yacht Harbor with all its amenities, restaurants and cafes. The Boardwalk is a 5 minute drive away.
Four Local Golf courses are within a 5 mile radius. The Monterey peninsular golf courses and Aquarium are a 45 minute drive away.
Distance to San Jose Airport - 30 miles ; San Francisco - 65 miles.
