Beach lover's Retreat : Luxurious beach home at an exceptional value! Perfect for families or a romantic getaway. This immaculate quiet, extremely comfortable and very clean beach home (in the sun-belt area of Santa Cruz) is offered as a weekly vacation rental (or weekend retreat during low season). Our spacious two-bedroom, two-bath home, which sleeps six comfortably, is 1 short block from one of the best beaches full beach access) in Santa Cruz.
Our home is tastefully decorated in contemporary style with a soothing and warm tropical feel and lacks of nothing. We have an open, inviting living room with fireplace, spacious eating/game room, large bedrooms with comfortable bedding, clean fresh towels and linen, a kitchen stocked with all the utensils required to make a beautiful and tasty meal and newly remodeled bathrooms, with a zen feel and personal soaps and amenities to make you feel like you are in a 5star hotel.
The property is fenced in, perfect for pet owners or families. The yard is large and has a firepit for roasting marshmallows or lounging around the fire.
We are located close to some of the best surf spots in the world. Watch for the dolphins and sea otters cruising with the surfers. You'll spot them easily from shore. Nearby you can visit Capitola for shopping, wine tasting and dining. Or visit Pacific Street in downtown Santa Cruz for a unique shopping experience. Both are less than a 15 minute drive from our home.
Perfect for a peaceful romantic get-away or a fun family vacation. We are located 30 minutes from Monterey and Carmel, 45 minutes from Half Moon Bay and the Silicon Valley, and one and a half hours from San Francisco.
