front vacation home located along sunny East Cliff Drive in Santa
Cruz. With
two master suites and can accommodate from 1-6 people. An historic
1933 redwood home, Santa Cruz Oceanfront Bungalow was completely restored
and updated. The home is modern with a hot tub in a beautifully landscaped
backyard setting.

BUNGALOW:
Located on popular East Cliff Drive, road
along the ocean has one lane for one-way traffic, and one lane for
pedestrians to walk, jog, bike, or skateboard. Walk only two miles
south along this path and you will be in famous Capitola Village. |

This bedroom is located
in the front of the home offering ocean
views. It is equipped with one Queen size bed, TV/VCR combo, and
other furnishings. It has it's own bathroom which includes a shower.

This
bedroom is located in the back of the home and offers views to a
beautifully landscaped private yard. It is equipped with two Queen
size beds, TV/VCR combo, and other furnishings. It has it's own
bathroom which also includes a shower. |

PATIO:
The
front yard has a fully furnished patio surrounded by beautiful
landscape and two outstanding Palm Trees. This unique area offers
breathtaking views of the ocean and Monterey Bay.

KITCHEN:
The
kitchen is equipped with new appliances including a dishwasher
and microwave. Also included for your pleasure is a coffee maker,
mixer, blender, stainless cookware and a complete set of dishes
for indoor and outdoor dining.

The
indoor eating area has a beautiful wooden table that seats six.
Outdoor eating areas are also provided on both the front and back
patios.

The
walls and ceilings of this majestic room display the original elegant
redwood logs of an era gone by. This room is furnished with a 31"
TV with cable, VCR, and a Stereo with CD player. A desk is provided
for those of you who want to access the Internet.
