Located between Capitola and the Beach Boardwalk on 16th Avenue, Ansel's Getaway (formally known as A Sunnycove Beach House) is situated to take advantage of all Santa Cruz has to offer. The beach house has access to three popular
beaches one of which, Sunny Cove Beach, is less than 100 yards from the
front door. This three bedroom* two bathroom beach house is located in
an upscale neighborhood and is ideal for a family vacation or group retreat.
The house is 1,500 square feet and has ample common area living space
and can sleep 1 to 10 people. Added features include an enclosed atrium
complete with an indoor barbecue and a wet bar. The garage is always the
center of activity with a pool table, dart board, and 22 ft. vintage shuffleboard table.
Backyard has a hot and cold outdoor shower for getting the sand off after
a day at the beach. Courtyard in front of the house is perfect for sunset
BBQ and cocktails.
The location offers convenience and many amenities
including: access to Santa Cruz beaches, restaurants, grocery store, farmers
market, coffee shop, breakfast café all within walking distance. The Santa
Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Downtown Capitola are both 3 miles away offering
fun, food and shopping! Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor is less than a mile away
offering kayak rental or dining at the Crow's Nest Restaurant. Nisene
Marks State Park is a short 15 minute drive and ideal for biking and hiking.
Don't forget about the great Santa Cruz Mountain Wineries available for
tours and tasting all year long.
