We accept MC or Visa.  Payment for first night’s stay holds the reservation.  First half of rental due 60 days prior to arrival.  Remainder due 30 days prior to arrival.  10% Santa Cruz City occupancy tax and a one-time $50 departure cleaning fee will be applied to your bill.
$200 fully refundable security deposit if no damage.

The apartment’s tile floors make it a cool spot for your pup to stretch out in summer.  In winter, in front of the cozy fireplace will be a popular spot for afternoon naps.  There is a grassy side-yard when it’s time for a stretch.

Please ask about visiting with your dog when you call to reserve.  Prior approval is required.
